Esteve has been passionate about cooking since he was a child
When I was just over 5 years old, I always accompanied my grandmother to cook, whether it was to knead croquettes, or to see the cheese au gratin in the oven, on top of some delicious onion macaroni that you can find in our letter as a proposal for the little ones.
In addition to living in the kitchen, Esteve has always been very close to the produce of the land, hunting and fishing. At the age of 16, Esteve began his restoration studies at the prestigious Sant Ignasi - Sarrià school in Barcelona, where he graduated in haute cuisine. Since then, Esteve has been in renowned kitchens.
